Result files
Result files are in ASCII format (File format of result files), that can be imported e.g. to MS Excel.
Programs for processing result files:
- rescoll: collects the regional results from different PET studies (ASCII result files) and calculates statistics (averages, SDs, medians) between studies.
- res2html: converts result files to HTML tables, which can be viewed and printed with any web browser, and also easily imported to Excel with correctly aligned data columns.
- resai: computes the asymmetry index (AI) between right and left hemispheres.
- htmlcoll: collects specified HTML formatted result files into one HTML file, which can be easily imported to Excel with correctly aligned data columns.
- reslist: shows only the results from a specified region.
- resdel: delete the results of specified region(s).
- resdiff: calculate %-difference between results in two result files (e.g. pre-post medication).
- fit2res: convert fit files into result files.
