Introduction
CarimasTurku is a Cardiac Image Analysis System developed in Turku PET Centre, Turku Finland. This program is designed for visualising and analyzing cardiac PET studies. It is free for non-commercial academic research use. CarimasTurku is developed using IDL language, it is run on the environment of IDL virtual machine (IDL-VM), which is IDL license-free product.

Main features
- Reorientation of heart.
- Automatic segmentation and location of heart ROIs.
- User can guide program for heart ROI definition.
- User can modify heart ROIs manually.
- Special modelling and analysis for 15O-water, 13N-ammonia and 82Rb, 11C-acetate, 18F-FDG, 11C-palmitate and general graphic analysis (Patlak, Logan and Retention) suitable for most of the other PET tracers in cardiology.

- Running also in GE ADW environment (Linux version).
