Set values outside specified FOV (mm) from the middle of the PET scanner to zero in an ECAT6 2D sinogram, or in an ECAT7 3D sinogram containing only segment zero (2D part of the sinogram). Usage: scnfovrm <Sinogram> <FOV> <Output sinogram> Note that transaxial FOV in sinogram main header has to be correctly set.
