Pre-prosess blood data from [C-11]L-deprenyl-D2 (DEP-D) PET study.
Parameters:
/blfile:Filename of blood online sampler
/imgfile:Filename of dynamic PET image
/crfile:Filename of count-rate curve
/apfile:Filename of manual plasma curve
/abfile:Filename of manual blood curve
/ratfile:Filename of plasma metabolite fractions
/parentfile:Filename for delay corrected parent tracer curve
/bloodfile:Filename for delay corrected total blood curve
Countrate file can be make from .r file using hrpcr.
Warning: Using spaces in filenames may cause problems!
Please check the following plots:
1. delay correction from the plot of the initial phase of plasma
and count-rate curves (*.kbq.delay.ps),
2. fit of parent tracer fraction curve (*.rat.ps),
3. fit and quality of the blood/plasma curve (*.bprat.ps),
4. quality of the resulting plasma and blood curves (*.kbq.ps).
