Program for converting plasma and blood time-activity curves
into Imanet Hammersmith input file format (*.if).
Usage: dft2if <metabolite corrected plasma TAC file>
<blood TAC file> <IF file>
Note #1: check the sample time unit and convert to seconds before using
this program when necessary.
Note #2: software that uses IF format may require that TACs are not
corrected for physical decay; remove decay correction with dftdecay
before using this program when necessary.
