Break up DFT file into separate DFT files with one TAC in each.
Region names are used in names of the new files.
Usage: dftbreak [Options] <DFT file>
Options:
-h or --help
Print this message and exit.
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit.
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages.
