Subtracts the contribution of vascular radioactivity from regional
PET TACs. Vascular volume fraction Vb can be given as a value that is
common to all regions, or as regional values in a DFT file, calculated
from a [O-15]CO study.
Usage: dftcbv <Regional TAC file> <Blood TAC> <Vb> <Output TAC file>
Options:
-n
Negative TAC values are set to 0.
-p
Equation Ct=Cpet-Vb*Cb is applied; this is the default mode.
-t
Equation Ct=(Cpet-Vb*Cb)/(1-Vb) is applied.
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
--verbose
Program prints more information about what it is doing.
Example 1:
dftcbv uo372.dft uo372ab.kbq 0.045 uo372cbv.dft
Example 2:
dftcbv uo372.dft uo372ab.kbq uo372vb.dft uo372cbv.dft
Vb values that are >=1.0 are assumed to be percentages.
Blood TAC can be given in a separate file, or as a region name inside
regional TAC file.
