Extracts the values of individual pixels from an ECAT 6.3 or 7.x matrices to a binary file as 2-byte short ints in this order of matrices: All planes of first frame, planes of 2nd frame, etc. The current platforms byte order is used; run convend if necessary. Plane and frame number, matrix size, and scaling factors are written in stdout or specified file. Usage: ecat2int <ECAT file> <Output datafile> [Matrix information file]
