For program testing and simulation of ECAT files;
Adds the contents of file2 to file1 as new plane(s) and writes combined
data as a new file.
Usage: ecatadd [Options] <file1> <file2> <combined file>
Options:
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
-v, --version, or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only warnings and error messages.
