Guarantees the patient anonymity by erasing subject name and id
(patient_name and patient_id in main header) in ECAT 6.3 and 7.x
sinograms, images, and attenuation or normalization files.
Usage: ecatanon [Options] <ECAT file(s)>
Options:
-initials
Subject name is replaced by initials
-d=<Description>
Subject name is replaced by description string, max 31 characters.
-List
Subject name and id are printed on screen, but NOT erased or in any
way altered.
e.g.:
ecatanon *.img *.v
