  Converts measured plasma TAC from a [O-15]O2 study to blood [O-15]H2O TAC.
  Usage:
    o2_p2w <Plasma TAC file> <B/P ratio> <Collect time> <Blood H2O file> 
   
  If Blood/Plasma ratio has not been measured, the haematocrit percentage (%)
  can be specified instead. In that case, the ratio is calculated assuming
  that the water contents of RBCs and plasma are 0.73 and 0.94.
  If Hct%=42, then Blood/Plasma=0.90617.
   
  Plasma sample collection time (usually 20 sec) should be given for accurate
  fit with fit_o2bl. Collection time is not considered if value 0 is given.
