  Cuts out (sets to zero) CTI ECAT 6.3 image matrix data
  residing outside of the specified regions-of-interest (ROIs).
  Saves only planes that contain ROI(s).
   
  Usage:  roicut [-p] <Image filename> <Ouput image> <ROI filename(s)>
   
  With option -p ROIs are applied to all image planes.
