SYNTAX: g:/c/volpet/volpet~2.exe [-h] [-q] [-c] [-x] [-f {plain|volpet}] [-t {float|integer} [-o <outfile>] <volpetfile> DESCRIPTION: For working on GE VOLPET files. Corrected Sinograms from the GE Advanced can be created with 'cmpclient'. The outputfiles of 'cmpclient' are in VOLPET format. -h Displays header of the file. (see also volpet_header) -q Quiet. Do not write anything to the standard output. Overrides switch -h. -c Cuts off the header of the file. The outfile contains the sinogram matrix only. -x Extracts a 2D sinogramm (segment 0) from 3D sinogram -f format 2D output format. format must be 'volpet' or 'plain'. volpet: [header], bins, angles, planes different scale factor for each plane. plain: bins, angles, planes - only one global scale factor. The default is 'plain' -t datatype output data type. datatype must be 'float' or 'integer'. If the datatype is 'float' the scale factor for the whole output sinogram is 1.0 (no scale factors used). The default is the data type of the input volpet file. -o <outfile> Writes output to <outfile> <volpetfile> Name of file to work on. File must be in VOLPET format.
