Preprocesses blood data of [O-15]water PET study.
Calibrates [O-15]water blood pump file to decay, dispersion,
and time delay corrected blood TAC in the same calibration
units as in the image.
Before using this script, check that the scanner and,
online sampler clocks have been in synchrony!
Parameters:
/blfile:Filename of blood online sampler
/crfile:Filename of count-rate curve
/imgfile:Filename of corresponding PET image
/outfile:Filename for newoutput blood curve
[/disp:physiological dispersion constant, default is 5,0 s]
[/delay:[yes,no]] by default delay correction is included
[/tdif:[yes,no]] by default start time difference is
corrected in sample times and decay
[/fit:[yes, no]] a 6 param function is fitted to blood data
Check the delay correction from the plot of the result
curve and count rate curve (*.ps or *.svg file created by
the script).
