Maps brain image according MNI map. Uses PVEOut and SPM2 software packages.
parameters:
path(optional) absolute path that should contain Analyse7.5 files: r_volume (T1 weighted image),
r_volume_seg1 (GM), r_volume_seg2 (WM) and r_volume_seg3 (CSF) and Matlab 6.5 -file sn.mat
(Affine transformation parameters) for brainmapping. Current path will used if omitted.
returns:
creates Analyze7.5 file r_volume_GMROI that contains MNI-based brainmap
version 1.0.0, 09-07-2007, Harri Merisaari, added licence to existing program
