get_values_roi_1_1_0	(		imgfile,
			roifile,
			varargin
	)

get_values_roi_1_1_0(imgfile,roifile[,separator,emptyfield])

Writes all values of ROIs defined in roifile into arrays.

parameters:
imgfile static Analyze7.5 image basename
roifile Imadeus 1.15 ROI basename
separator decimal point separator, '.' used if omitted
emptyfield string for empty field, '.' used if omitted

results:
values of ROIs are written in to ASCII file having ROI values
in each of its columns. Roi names are written on 1st row on top
of columns. Filename is .txt.
