petct_axial_slice_width (   fn  )

Function for reading in PET-CT total count data and evaluating the axial
slice width from that in NEMA2-1994 sense:

"The slice widths (FWHM) are determined by forming one-dimensional
response functions by recording the counts collected for each plane at
each axial location of the source. This is repeated for each radial
source location. These are the axial response functions."

Input data is acquired with GE PET-CT Discovery Highlander protocol Axial
Resolution. Data is organised in single file containing data from 400 bed
positions. Collected counts are reported in Segment 2 in 47 consecutive
lines corresponding slices from 1 to 47 for each bed position.

Syntax:
all_counts_per_slice = petct_axial_slice_width('data_filename');
Where, all_counts_per_slice = [bed_positions(400) x slices(47)]
