roi_mask_2_0_0	(		roifilename,
			imgfilename
	)

roi_mask_2_0_0(roifilename,imgfilename)

Mask file creation from Imadeus 1.15 ROI-file. Will create
mask files of all ROIs using 1,0,1 as offset for Imadeus ROIs.
Resulting mask images are converted for Imadeus viewing.

parameters:
roifilename Imadeus 1.15 ROI-file basename
imgfilename basename of corresponding image file

returns:
output file basename is roi1.
File will be overwritten, if it exists. One union binary mask
is created for all ROIs.
