roimask_0_3_0(roifile,x_off,y_off,z_off)
Makes mask image from Imadeus roi file
parameters:
roifile full name of Imadeus 1.20 ROI file
output files:
Analyze7.5 image file with suffix 'roi' is created, where voxels belonging to roi have value ~0. Roi colors
have flags indicating into which rois voxels belong to.
