  Interpolate TACs to an optimal time scale for simulations.
   
  Parameters:
    1) Datafile
    2) End time
    3) Result file
   
  Options:
   -h or --help
       Print this message and exit
   --version or --build
       Print software build information and exit
   --silent
       Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
   --verbose
       Program prints lots of information about what it is doing.
   
  End time is the length of the inter/extrapolated data. To interpolate to
  the end of input data, set it to 0.
