NLLSQ fitting of the parameters of (full) reference tissue compartmental model to PET TTACs.

Remarks

This TPCCLIB version is based on previous fit_frtm version 2.6.0 / 2013-06-26.

Todo

Change simulation to get pre-calculated input integral, which takes into account the frame lengths.
