Conversion of Siemens Inveon/MicroPET CT or PET image to ECAT 7
image volume format.
MicroPET image consists of two files with extension .img and img.hdr;
both are required in conversion.
Note that also Analyze and dual file format NIfTI images consist
of equally named two files.
 
Usage: upet2e7 [Options] <MicroPET image> [ECAT filename]
 
Options:
 -h, --help
     Display usage information on standard output and exit.
 -v, --version
     Display version and compile information on standard output and exit.
 -d[n], --debug[=n], --verbose[=n]
     Set the level (n) of debugging messages and listings.
 -q, --quiet
     Suppress displaying normal results on standard output.
 -s, --silent
     Suppress displaying anything except errors.
 
Example:
  upet2e7 ae72.pet.img ae72.v
