disp4dft 3.2.3 © 1994-2013 by Turku PET Centre
Add dispersion effect to ideal data (ON), or correct a measured data set
for dispersion (OFF) [1, 2].
The time constant of the dispersion must be given in the same time units as
those that are used in the data file.
Program output is written in file in the same format as the input datafile.
Usage:
disp4dft <ON|OFF> <Datafile> <Dispersion> <Output file>
Options:
-L
Dispersion time and other log information is written as comments in
the corrected TAC file
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
--version or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
--verbose
Program prints more information about what it is doing.
Example:
disp4dft off us488blood.kbq 2.5 us488blood_disp.kbq
