Converts SAT-turboFLASH LV MRI signal intensity curve to Gd-DTPA arterial blood concentration curve. Parameters: 1) Datafile, containing measured LV signal 2) Number of baseline samples (usually 3) 3) Concentration (output) file Datafile must contain the following columns in this order: 1) Sample time (sec) 2) LV signal [N) Myocardial regions are not used] Options (with default values): -Alpha=8 (in degrees) -TR=0.0020 -TI=0.055 -R10b=0.67 -n=48 -r1=4.3 Options to use Omega*M0 factor measured in baseline study: -om=factor ; factor is the Omega*M0 from baseline study -of=filename ; factor is read from the baseline concentration file Reference: Larsson HBW, Rosenbaum S, Fritz-Hansen T.
