For checking or setting data calibration units in ECAT images.
By default, the units are only shown, not changed.
Usage: ecatunit [Options] <ECAT image(s)>
Options:
-u=<New unit; e.g. Bq/cc or kBq/ml>
Set the unit, but does NOT change the pixel values
-us=<New unit; e.g. Bq/cc or kBq/ml>
Set the unit only if unit is not originally defined in the image.
This does NOT change the pixel values
-uc=<New unit; e.g. Bq/cc or kBq/ml>
Converts pixel values to the specified unit, e.g. kBq/ml to Bq/cc
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
-v, --version, or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only warnings and error messages
--verbose
Program prints more information about what it is doing.
The following unit conversions are tested (but also others may work):
Bq/cc -> kBq/ml
nCi/ml -> kBq/ml
MBq/ml -> kBq/ml
kBq/ml -> Bq/cc
