Trial program to find the locations of arteries in dynamic PET image.
Usage: imgafind <Image file> <Template image>
Options:
-peak=<filename>
Pixel peak values are saved as image
-time=<filename>
Pixel peak times are saved as image
-ratio=<filename>
Pixel peak value/time ratios are saved as image
-h or --help
Print this message and exit
-v, --version or --build
Print software build information and exit
--silent
Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages
--verbose
Program prints lots of information about what it is doing.
