tocr 0.2.0 © 2007-2010 by Turku PET Centre

Convert the head-curve data file from ECAT HR+ (*.r) or HRRT (*.hc) to count-rate (.cr) file format, that is suitable for correction of time-delay between blood/plasma and tissue TACs. CR data will be corrected for physical decay. Usage: tocr [Options] <Head-curve filename> <Isotope> [CR filename] Options: -m[in] Sample times are written in minutes. -s[ec] Sample times are written in seconds; by default in sec for O-15, O-14, and Rb-82, otherwise in min. -c[opy] If file is not in HR+ or HRRT head-curve format, it is still saved with new name. -format=<cr|dft> File is written in 'count-rate' format with no titles (cr), or, with title lines (dft, default) -h or --help Print this message and exit --version or --build Print software build information and exit --silent Program works silently, printing only error and warning messages --verbose Program prints lots of information about what it is doing -test[=<print level>] Print more or less details during the process.
