Rename ECAT 7.x file(s) based on user_process_code in their main header(s).
The file names that HR+ database gives to the ECAT 7.x data can be
converted to the normal TPC file names using this tool, if the study number
(e.g. ia0028) has been written into the user_process_code field before
PET scan by the operators.
Usage: eren2upc [Options] <ECAT file(s)>
Options:
-save
Current file name is saved in original_file_name.
