For program testing and simulation;
Creates an attenuation and normalization corrected 2D PET sinogram from
specified PET image in ECAT format.
Program removes decay correction based on header information, but cannot
remove calibration or other corrections.
Usage: img2scn <Image> <Output sinogram>
