Applies autoradiography to PET image data.
Result is a parametric flow image.
Parameters:
/blfile:Filename of blood online sampler
/imgfile:Filename of PET image
/flowfile:Filename for parametric perfusion image
/starttime:Start time for integration (sec)
/intdur:Integration interval (default 90 sec)
/partcoef:Partition coefficient (default 0.19)
/maxflow:Maximum blood flow
[/tabsize:Size of the look-up table (default 2000 rows)]
The script will write output into flowfile and
create a tif image of it (named with extention .tif).
