Simulation of heart muscle and LV PET TACs from arterial blood TAC
using the MBF model by Iida H et al. [1, 2] as represented in [3].
Parameters:
1) Blood H2O data
2) Flow (mL/mL/min)
3) Alpha
4) Va
5) Beta
6) Result file for muscle and LV data
e.g.: b2m_mbf s03456ab.kbq 1.24 0.6 0.3 0.8 s03454.dft
To achieve accurate results, blood curve should be noiseless and
interpolated to short sample intervals. Simulated curves can thereafter
be interpolated to PET frames using e.g. program fr4sim.
